This page contains both the Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement (EULA) for PureIntelligence, a macOS application developed by Mehmet Şişoğlu.

Privacy Policy

PureIntelligence (“the App”) is a local macOS utility designed to clean Apple Intelligence caches, CoreML leftovers, and related metadata. The App operates entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit any personal data.

1. No Tracking, No Analytics, No Accounts

No personal data is collected.
No analytics or tracking SDKs are used.
No account or login is required.
No data is shared with any third parties.

2. Local Processing Only

The App performs operations exclusively within your user account directories, including:

AI and CoreML caches under ~/Library/Caches/
Shared file list metadata under ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.sharedfilelist/
Spotlight index reset using Apple’s mdutil command

3. Cleanup History

Cleanup history is stored locally on your Mac using Apple’s data storage frameworks. This information never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time.

4. MetricKit Usage

The App may read MetricKit data locally to provide you with performance insights. MetricKit payloads are never transmitted outside your device.

5. Purchases

All purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment information such as credit card details or billing addresses.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adult users and does not target children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Changes will be reflected on this page.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (“user”) and the developer of PureIntelligence regarding your use of the App.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on macOS devices that you own or control.

2. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the developer.

3. Permitted Uses

Use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
Make backup copies as reasonably necessary.

4. Prohibited Uses

No reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification.
No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing.
No removal of proprietary notices.

5. System Behavior and Risks

The App modifies user-level metadata and cache files. While these operations are safe, we recommend maintaining regular system backups.

6. Updates

Updates may be provided but are not guaranteed. Updated versions remain governed by this Agreement unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or system failures.

10. Apple Third-Party Terms

If distributed via the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
