FocusLens AI is private by design. All camera analysis happens locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store your personal data on any server. There is no account, no cloud processing, and no face database.

FocusLens uses your device camera to estimate sitting posture and blink rate in real time using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Camera frames are processed entirely in memory and are:

FocusLens does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
App settings and aggregate counters (for example calibration count, streaks, and daily focus summaries) are stored locally on your device using standard system storage. They remain on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your transaction is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
FocusLens does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect it.
FocusLens is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Mehmet Sisoglu ("Developer") for the FocusLens AI application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules therein.
The App is a wellbeing and ergonomics aid. It does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy above. The App processes camera data locally and does not collect personal data on any server.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This Agreement is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
