Unitlog uses Apple's on-device database and your device's local file system. All of the following stays in the app's private storage container on your iPhone or iPad, included in your device's own encrypted backups if you have those turned on, and nowhere else:
None of this is collected by us. It is created by you, for you, and it stays on your device unless you personally choose to share it — for example, using the system Share Sheet to send a report by email or AirDrop, which is an action you take, not something the app does on its own.
The app does not currently request location, microphone, contacts, or any other permission.
Unitlog is a professional tool for field service technicians and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children because we do not collect data from anyone, of any age — see above.
If a future version of Unitlog adds a capability that changes any statement above — optional cloud backup, for instance — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the App Store release notes. mehmet.sisoglu@gmail.com is where you can ask questions about this policy or report a discrepancy between it and the app's actual behavior.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the developer of Unitlog ("we," "us," "the developer") governing your use of the Unitlog app. By downloading, installing, or using Unitlog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This document supplements, and where applicable replaces for Unitlog, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement referenced in the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms.
Unitlog is a professional tool built for field service technicians — HVAC technicians and small service teams in particular — to record equipment identity, condition, and service history, and to generate reports from that record. It is not directed at children, and you must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use it professionally.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Unitlog on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your own business or personal use, subject to these terms and to Apple's standard usage rules for App Store apps. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of Apple's own mechanisms for doing so.
Everything you enter into Unitlog — client and site records, equipment identity, photographs, signatures, findings, and generated reports — is yours. We do not claim any ownership over it. Because Unitlog stores everything locally on your device and has no server, we never possess a copy of your content and cannot access, use, or license it for any purpose.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you record, for keeping your own backups, and for complying with any professional, contractual, or legal obligations you have toward your own customers regarding the records you keep and the reports you deliver to them.
Unitlog is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated reports will be free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use Unitlog — including data loss from device failure, loss, theft, or deletion, since Unitlog has no server-side copy to restore from. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If and when Unitlog offers a paid subscription or one-time purchase, that purchase will be processed by Apple, billed to your Apple ID, and governed by Apple's own subscription terms in addition to this section. Pricing, billing frequency, auto-renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed at the point of purchase before you are charged.
You may stop using Unitlog at any time by deleting the app; because your data lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes your data unless you exported it first. We may update or discontinue the app, subject to Apple's own App Store policies for existing installs.
If these terms change in a way that affects your rights, we will update the "Last updated" date above and describe the change in the App Store release notes for the version that ships the change.
These terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or your use of Unitlog, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
