Fielora (“the app”) is developed by Mehmet Şişoğlu, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Turkey (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to the information you put into Fielora.
All of this is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate a server, and Fielora does not have an account system — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing tied to your identity on our end.
If you choose to grant it, Fielora can read your menstrual cycle day from Apple HealthKit to help correlate episodes with your cycle. This is entirely optional, requested through Apple's standard permission prompt, and the data read is used only to compute a value shown within the app — it is never written elsewhere, transmitted, or stored outside Apple's own HealthKit store and Fielora's local database on your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings.

Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, not this one.
Fielora is a personal pattern-tracking journal. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Any pattern or correlation Fielora surfaces (for example, “2 of your last 3 episodes overlapped with intercourse”) is a statement about your own logged data, not a medical conclusion. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment.
By downloading or using Fielora, you agree to these terms. Fielora is licensed to you, not sold. Standard Apple licensed-application end user terms apply in addition to this page — see Apple's Standard EULA, which governs unless we provide a custom license (we currently do not).
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. Fielora is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Fielora offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Fielora Premium, with two plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or directly within Fielora under Settings → Manage Subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with their policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
Free features (unlimited episode logging, the core pattern insight, medication logging, and the last 3 months of history) remain free permanently and do not require a subscription.

These rights apply regardless of your location, in the spirit of regulations such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK — though given that we hold no data on our servers, most data-controller obligations under these frameworks are inherently minimal for Fielora.
Fielora is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and — as with everyone else — Fielora does not collect any data from any user at all.
